Accredo, part of Express Scripts, is a specialty pharmacy and wholly owned by Cigna Health (#13 on the Fortune 500). The building, acquired for $14 million, is a 63,000 SF office building in the Orlando Airport Submarket.
The Orlando Airport Submarket is the hottest submarket in Orlando with Orlando growing rapidly over the last decade as the #1 job growth market from 2015-2018 and # 4 best development market 2021. Rent is well below current market rates providing ownership with a lot of flexibility on how to create value with this asset.
This acquisition is part of Titan Vanguard’s strategy of investing in value-add office buildings in the southeast portion of the Sun Belt. Titan Vanguard funded this project through a partnership with an international equity group and debt on the Project was provided by Arrowmark Partners.
