Executive Team

As the founder of Titan Vanguard, Cash’s primary focus is sourcing of quality assets for the firm to acquire and developing the business plan to meet investor objectives.

Cash has been involved in commercial real estate investment for over 12 years actively acquiring and managing assets.  Earlier in his career, he focused on acquiring NNN real estate assets on behalf of high net-worth individuals to address long term cash flow needs. He selected these assets based on forward cap rate compression potential, thus increasing the value of holdings significantly beyond expectations.

In 2014, Cash launched Titan Vanguard with the purpose of purchasing value-add office properties in cities such as Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, and Kansas City, targeting buildings in the 50,000 to 250,000 square feet range.  Titan Vanguard has successfully repositioned these assets through renovation and addressing operational inefficiencies to drive NOI growth.  Retail special situations have been approached with a selective eye that can create short term value such as redevelopment plays or a “blend and extend” of the in-place lease.

Cash and Titan Vanguard have completed approximately $75 million in transactions since 2015.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Modern History as well as a masters in Modern History from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.  Cash has had the pleasure of serving on several professional and associations boards, both past and present.

Jason serves as Chief Investment Officer with Titan Vanguard bringing capital markets and transaction structuring experience in all commercial real estate asset classes through its finance affiliate Bolder Capital.   In addition to founding Bolder Capital, Jason has over two decades of finance and real estate experience with national firms such as Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Flagship Capital Partners, BMC Capital and Situs.  After several successful years of closed transactions with Titan Vanguard, indispensable advisory and a great working relationship, Titan Vanguard has brought Mr. Bartlein on as a partner in the company.

Jason is responsible for the sizing and structuring of new opportunities and evaluating the risk and profitability of our investments.  He manages Titan Vanguard’s debt and equity relationships and is key in negotiating key underwriting and legal aspects of each transaction to align with the company’s goals.  Having extensive bridge lending experience, Jason adds detailed analysis to each and every business plan to ensure its success as he has reviewed hundreds of others in the market and gauged their success.

A native Houstonian, he earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.  Jason is a licensed Texas real estate broker.

James joined Titan Vanguard to grow the debt and equity financing capabilities of the firm. James has strong analytical skills and significant finance, operations and program management leadership experience, including P&L responsibility. James strives to make data-driven decisions that align with a strategic logic.

He has over 15 years of experience in executive roles in various operating and investment companies. As President of Notre Dame Investors Inc., a private real estate investment company, he focused on industrial real estate development and repositioning in Texas, Louisiana and Florida, He led complex value added repositioning deals including joint ventures, financing & refurbishment. A recent transaction was a 1,400 acre industrial land acquisition in Florida that included a dirt & sand mine, a mitigation bank, and other developable land.

As President of Aging Aircraft Consulting, an aerospace engineering services company, Mr. Hill lead a period of considerable growth focusing on providing reliability engineering and technical services to the U.S. Air Force. Notable projects included reverse and re-engineering of flight control components for the C-5 aircraft, reliability engineering services for C-5 and Army fixed wing aircraft fleets.

Mr. Hill has an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Georgetown University.
